CANCELLATION POLICY
At Velvet Noire, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask for advance notice when changes are needed. Cancellations & No‑Shows: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee. No‑shows (missed appointments without notice) will also be charged 50% of the appointment fee. This policy ensures fair compensation for the time and preparation dedicated to your session. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.
